The Consorci has completed the construction of a 7,685 m² industrial building on land that it owns in the Zona Franca Industrial Estate, between Dolors Aleu and Motors streets, in the Gran Vía Sur business district, on the far side of the Litoral ring road. The building contains 5,860 m² of industrial premises and 1,825 m² of underground parking. 6.4 million Euros were invested in this project.

This new industrial infrastructure will be the last in the 22AT project, adding a new space to the other business development projects in the area, such as “City Metropolitana”, a major real estate project for companies and businesses, and industrial buildings developed by the Fira de Barcelona.
